They have recently renovated and they DO have a separate entrance for to go orders now.
There is not a separate line, but there is a separate register. If you have placed an order by phone, you may excuse yourself through the line and we can get you all squared away at the far register.
If you call it in first. If you are dining in then you'll have to be in line with the rest of us devoted fans. Its become part of the pantry's charm. People put down their phones and actually talk.
They dont have a separate line for pick up but they do have 2 lines. If you call in your order, you can wait in line or walk to the front of the lines to let the cashier know that you called in a order for pick up which is what I do when I can in my order. The food is amazing!!!

I saw people come in the side door when they were picking up cakes they had preordered but I think you may have to wait in the main line.
