I went late at night (early morning) to avoid crowds and it was always nice. It was always convenient to walk in, scan my phone, and just be at the gym. I was never bothered by other gym goers or staff trying to sell me more. Everything was clean all the time, the music was good (not too loud or quiet and I actually enjoyed the station). Instructions for the machines were simple and easy to read and understand. Nothing was obscured or torn apart. Lockers were clean and well taken care of and I never had to fight to find one. I could stay for as long as I needed and I was always welcomed and sent off with a smile from the staff at the counter. Even when I was quitting, the person who helped us was happy and didn't question us in the least. It was actually a pleasure to have them help us. Thank you Planet Fitness.

I have been going here for years. I decided to get off work early to go work out before I pick up my son only to find out they are closed for remodeling. That’s great they are updating facility. But the fact that they don’t notify members to me is unacceptable. You send me spam emails, why not send me a notification of that, post it on your site, or at least put it on the voicemail. Instead I had to contact location to find out

That would be the black card membership. Allows you to bring a guest. Not sure if there are others that allow a guest, but I know the black card does.
