Excellent service from everyone from security to those who take your fingerprints, they must wear their mask without it they will not let them in...
Debbie Isoldi
Professional and courteous at what they do, Covid 19 mask requirements in full gear. Must have one, and with appointment. No mask, NO ENTRY!

Why not 5 stars? People staffing the office are great. They are diligent about their Jobs and purpose. And care about their work. I also found them to be respectful and reasonably prompt when I am there. However, I certainly cannot say the same for USCIS Department in general. What a dystopian nightmare. After well more than a year after filing my application with legal help, I cannot. get an appointment or even a straight answer to my brief, yet detailed emails and a registered postal letter asking why. For example, my appointment was scheduled and then cancelled with zero follow-up or rescheduling or further notice. Several emails over 4 months have failed to get any clarity whatsoever. I write every 4-6 weeks and after a month or so, all I got back is a form letter. Even though I am registered online it makes no difference. I checked with this office and with an attorney, so I know that I have done everything correctly and yet cannot get a simple human answer after more than a year since submitting my application. Really frustrating when our government just does not function!

Same problem
10 years
Sometimes the office has special ceremonies on the weekend.
you have to file form n-565 for a replacement document. uscis.gov is where you can get the form. there is a 400$ filing fee but you can file form 912 for a waiver due to financial hardship.
Call the customer service number and navigate the instructions to get to a representative. I advise you call as early as possible (between 7am to 8am ET)
Sure, however they might not be allowed into the premises as the main hall is small and mainly for the oath takers. So spouse n family will wait outside for further pictures. If you view it like not being a significant thing, then no need to bring them.
It is the government immigration center. It is not a law office
You will get a notice for an appointment in your mailbox if you already have a pending case with USCIS.
Spouses must atend .!!!
Should be able to travel right away. Just make sure you keep it and your passport with you to reenter
you have to call USCIS, customer service line and tell them you need an InfoPass Appointment. They will take your request and then you will get a call back from an immigration officer within 20 days, who will then schedule you an appointment. Unfortunately the process is not so easy anymore .
Yes
I think you have to call the Office for questions that you need
If the address on the notice says in Miami I would take it there. An if it says in Jacksonville that's where u must go.ok
Ypu can mail it, but the quickest way is to create an online account and submit. Mailimg address will depend on the how you are filing for adjustment. Family, employment.
You can not make an appointment. They will send you a notice when you are to show up.
Go online and check at USCIS
From USCIS: We understand that the COVID-19 pandemic may make it difficult for some people to reply on time to requests or notices from USCIS. While we will continue to act on replies filed on time, we are allowing certain measures regarding certain late replies received in response to USCIS requests, notices, or decisions. If you have received a request or notice from us with an issue date from March 1, 2020, to Jan. 1, 2021, and you fail to reply on time, we will consider a reply received within 60 days after the response due date listed in the request or notice before we act on your case. If you would like to submit a response after the deadline date on the request or notice, and the response period in your account has closed, use the “unsolicited evidence” option under the case Evidence tab in your online account. For details, visit the official announcement for more information.
Hello I can schedule a zoom appointment. What is your contact number?
Office is closed to the public until April 1st. You will be required to schedule a new appointment.
File an I90 and include a copy of your green card and identity. I recommend you read the instructions.
I think the cost included and depends on what are you applying for, or your request. (Not per an appointment)
I will recommend you to check online all the requirement to have a British visitor visa before to book any appointment. You might need to fill an application first. Hope that helps.
I think if you need to make any modification, you might go to your application account an change the address...
I really do not have this informational
Yes, check online and mail the application request - I think they'll schedule an appointment if needed
Old records of you application?? Last time I went back to my statut and all my info was there.
The visitor form
You have to file the I-90 form for a replacement card
If you have submitted a signed i-864 your sponsorship ends when the immigrant completes 40 quarter hours of work in the US or 10 years, becomes US citizen, dies or gets it's residence taken away.
I didn't know how to tell you, maybe you can call them.
I didn't know how to tell you, maybe you can call them.
Call as soon as possible to make another appointment
Only by appointment. Nothing else than your id, appointment letter and cell. Same rules as airport as well
I'm not sure they will allow any walk in. I'd call back and reschedule the appointment.
No, you can only access the building by scheduled appointment.
It is no the issue what matters. It matters when is the expiration date.
In my opinion it is better to go in person because that way she is sure it reaches the right place and right people.
The voluntary departure?
The question according google translate: "The return to the US certificate form is filled out, what is the mailing address?" It might be: US Citizenship and Immigration Services Jacksonville field office 4121 Southpoint Boulevard Jacksonville, FL 32216
I don't have enough experience with them so I'm not sure. However, I think only they setting up an appointment with you once you're submitting the relevant application. Anyway USCIS should have a phone number you can call and check with them information.
I went online to get appointment
No letter of invitation is necessary to apply for/obtain a visiting visa.
If you have an open application, you can create an online account and request for an appointment.
I have a question??
Hi i want meke appointment
As long as you have a valid green card
Your green card is your proof. Dropping a surname is not a name change. You should have gotten a new driver's license and social security card to match. A legal name change requires court documents
We can send it to you, but we do not have an Apartment number
U must call the 1 800 number to make an appointment. Call the number and get the help u need.
