I was just there the other day I was in and out in less than 20 minutes it just depends on the time of day you got Very important make sure you bring a bill of sale otherwise they will send you back with a paper for you to fill out for the seller make sure everything on the title is filled out
You can walk in, but you'll need to check in using their kiosk computer at the front door. Basically you give it your cell phone number and they text you when you're next. It is strongly recommended to make an appointment--I waited 90 mins when I walked in and registered at the kiosk. If I made an appointment in advance, I could have just walked in at the agreed time.
