I have purchased 3 tickets for tomorrow for out of town family and one has gotten sick, we can't leave her (child). Can I reschedule the day or simply get a refund?

Well in my opinion, I wouldnt risk taking ur child at all because she may get others sick or other people can give her a sickness too. They dont wear masks cuz of the potential to accidentally water board themselves to death so I think u should ask for a refund. But if ur staying longer than 2 weeks then yeah u should reschedule

I'm not sure if they give refunds, but hopefully you can use the tickets another time within a 12 month period or so. I'm a pass holders so I didn't know the tickets were for specific days. Y'all definitely shouldn't go because if the child is sick that's how others get sick and the child may get even more sick. Also, nobody from your party should go, because they could also be carrying the sickness that the child has and then can spread it to so many others. We have to be very mindful right now.
