Water is always too warm. Needs to be cleaned better. Food is good and good price.

The pool is an excellent outing for the whole family, young and old. The pool has different levels from very shallow to deeper water. The concession stand is also good and reasonably priced. However, On 5/31 there were, what seemed to be, all teens working that particular day. And that's ok, kids need jobs for the Summer. There was an incident where older children were playing roughly with my grandson. I didn't see it at first. Then another Pattron said to me,"those older kids were being rough with your grandson." I told the life guards and they didn't do anything. So I went closer to where the boys were. Three older boys were pulling my grandson under water. I said to the teen life guards, who were not watching the action going on in the water, but talking with each other, "do you guys see how those boys are playing in the water?" They just looked at me and said or did nothing. So I went to the window and asked for the manager. I was told there wasn't one at that time. The girl at the window asked me, after I told her the problem, if I told the parents of the other children. I said to her that the lifeguards are supposed to stop that kind of behavior. She responded to me, they can't see everything and said,"YOU HAVE A BLESSED DAY." And closed the window in my face. I love going to this place, in fact I bought an annual pass last year. But if this is the kind of staff they are hiring, then count me out.
