At Back yard we are across from Avent Health. We see everyone weekly. In January the Dr/Nurses / staff alerted us to a virus that is spreading and this is what we are doing about it. They really helped us understand what was coming as much as they knew. We took the position to protect our staff mgrs vendors and guests in the only way we knew how. We mandated masks gloves washing hands and if anyone feels ill they test and we would take them off the schedule. We bought hand sanitizer for every guest and employee. Every three months we bleach bathed the entire out side of the store any way but increased that to monthly. We even got food grabbers that out cashiers use to give the guest the food. We added face shields.We mandated that as part of the uniform. We just want to protect the staff, and guests from giving it or getting it. I hope we get back to normal soon and everyone’ to be happy and healthy.
Backyard Burgers is mostly a drive-thru, they do have a walk-up window. Ordering from the walk-up window is by an on-screen or you can order from your phone I believe. All staff wears mask dining's outside no mask needed while eating or outside at all here in Florida.
