I'm not one to write bad reviews, however, I had a bad experience here. I believe with one of the managers, who was not wearing a uniform, was very impolite, and rude. There is such a thing as conversing with a guest kindly, unfortunately that didn't happen. I've been to much nicer Chick-fil-as and wish there was better management here to help train employees and treat guests better. I asked for a vanilla iced coffee but received one that wasn't made correctly, without ice, which he would not fix and didn't give me the opportunity to explain. I'm not disappointed about the coffee, it's not a big deal, but just how ill-mannered he was. Hope you all have better experiences!

Picked up lunch, was surprised the cashier Ysabella was not in the mood to smile, ask if she could take my order, or even say thank you at the end of the transaction. I get it, she’s having a bad day 😒.
