I have never been to the cheescake factory but tried to make a reservation for 12 people and called at 12:01 not knowing they dont take reservations after 12:00. I will never go to the cheesecake factory.

I was a restaurant manager for 13 years, and for the Cheesecake Factory in that particular location with their amount of business, it's nearly impossible to accommodate reservations and incoming patrons after 12:00 at the same time. That's a daunting intimidating challenge for any restaurant...I wish you well in your restaurant choices, be blessed...
