i see on your website it says if your eating in the restaurant and you spend over 50 dollars you can claim 25 dollars off of hire of amphicar. does this also apply if you use the disney dining plan

Yes! It is mentioned at the bottom of the receipt. Dining Plan okay as well. Just provide them a copy of your receipt.
