If you’re looking for mediocre hamburgers and cold fries with slow service and a hint of overcharging. Dirty dingy feel included. This is the place for you! I don’t know what else to say except service was “it’s my job friendly “ food was eatable not enjoyable. Atmosphere was bleh.

Made reservations here last min, had a spot to go.. this was my first time here but the food was great and the place was nice to visit. Right inside of Disney Springs so we were able to eat and 'walk it off' id recommend this location.

My family of 5 was seated at a table for 8 so yes, 8 is no problem
They do take gift cards and the Disney Dining Plan. It was very easy and convenient when we used a gift card today.

Sadly, no. It was my wife's birthday, and the waitress was sad she couldn't give her some small treat. Just as well, there are far better places around that area to get a birthday treat.
If you have a car and don't want to take the free shuttle from Fort Wilderness, there is plenty of free parking around Disney Springs. After parking (orange area, for example), you can go to the other level and cross the bridge. You may want to wear walking shoes.
Seating is typically available, so a few minutes before your reservation should be fine.
There's a really good chance you can still use it. According to FL law, if they were purchased in FL, they won't expire. Also under federal law, they can't expire for 5-years. I just did a quick Google search 👍🏼

When me and my family went it was our first time so, we weren't really sure how things went. There are multi levels so the place is very accommodating! We were able to be seated right away but a reservation wouldn't hurt.
