How do you get money back that the waitress stole from my wife's debt card. Charged my wife's meal then charged another $90. They still haven't given the money back

Talk to the general manager and contact your bank to dispute the transaction error

The meal was 40 they charged that then a 90 charge after. Contacted management said will be returned but hasn't. F this IHOP

Recently IHOP has changed their debit system and sometimes the card dose a double charge but it is just a hold it will be released back on your bank account in 3to 5 days
