What is rent for one bedroom ?
Hello, I am currently renting a duplex from my employer. He is planning to sale in the near future..hoping to close by end of july. My question is this I currently am making average of 1200 weekly but my issue is my credit is not good. I want to know would it be possible to put down a bigger down payment and set auto payments. Perhaps I have a chance to be approve. Looking for 3 bedroom or 2. Mom n her two girls.Thanks for your time

However you are welcome to come apply under our guidelines. Our application process includes credit, background and criminal check, landlord reference, and income verification.
