Barbara Mann DOES require masks. Signs all around the hall say so and ushers hold signs telling patrons to mask up. They don't require proof of vaccine.
Masks required ( they will provide) ,i was there last week and no purses larger than 12x12. Its their facility, their rules.

People go with their own level of comfort. Masks are strongly suggested and most wear them.
