You're Google says you are open till 10:00 p.m.. But you close the doors at 9:00 p.m.. Nor will you answer the door or the phone at 9:06. Frustrating when I made a quick run to the auto parts store to find it was closed.

Contact corporate on their website with your concerns and they can clarify hours and remedy any issue if they aren't abiding by corporate hours

Have they switched to "Winter Hours"?
I know that AutoZone will switch times in the winter.
