If you do not know your ID #, I would go directly to any lodge and there are many members there who will help you get the card replaced.
Going on line is the easiest way to renew your membership. You do need your ID number. If you don't know your membership number you may have to speak to someone. Try calling again. They're very busy and I feel like September is one of the most busy renewal months. I called in August and was on hold for roughly 15 - 20 to minutes but I was able to reach someone. I needed to speak to someone because my name was spelled incorrectly after I transferred to a different Lodge. Everything has been taken care of and I received a new card in roughly 10 days.
Go on line. Follow the instructions and enter the information they should send you a new and you can pay on line as well.
