We stopped in the store on Saturday they changed out the SIM card due to she wasn't having any service also draining battery way to fast. Well as of Monday it's doing the same exact thing. Is there something else wrong or what can we do on our end?

Go bck asap nd go talk to the shift manger. Cuz wen i was reading your SIM card and your battery was completely going out fast. If dey dont even have a refund for your SIM card and at least they cud do a free SIM card and a new battery for your fone that you paid a lot of money nd its really expensive good fone. So if dey can't do a refund. Get ur money from da person dat sold it to you guy's
