The room and hotel itself were amazing!! Sadly. while my aunt was grieving news that her good friend was passing, she was not in the best of moods. She was trying to get a refund for out last night at the hotel so she get to her friend in time to say good-bye, and the person at the front desk seemed to have no patience for her bad mood. He was very rude while trying to explain why he could not give her a refund. When she asked for his name, he pointed to his name tag and said, "It's right there. Can't you read it?" My aunt chose to swear at him (oops), but I still wish he could have been more professional in handling it, instead of joining her attitude and making a difficult day much worse.

Squirt Nugget

Started off by getting put into a room that smelled like dog pee, next to a room with barking dogs. After requesting to be removed we were placed into another one, except this one had roaches and torn drapes. Overall below average hotel and not matching the 150$ price we payed, a price that increased overnight after the bill was put under the door with added expenses not discussed the night before. However, the staff was nice about our feedback and was hospitable. The jacuzzi and pool was nice

Positive: The sheets were very soft and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The hotel suited our needs and expectations for a room that was clean and comfortable. Negative: Not that I can think of.

The arm was clean the beds were like sleeping on the floor hard , TV didn’t work the receptionist said they had someone coming to fix it no one showed up. The wind was blowing really hard from the west and flowing through the air conditioner unit so bad I had to crank up the baseboard heater that had a really annoying high pitched whining sound for lack of a better word. The rooms had very poor insulation sound deadening it was if there wasn’t a wall. Dad’s and Mom’s yelling at their kid’s it was ridiculous to say the least I actually feel the two stars is Too good for the hotel
