Absolutely terrible! People are sketchy and beverages are never made right! My sandwiches were cold not hot as a breakfast sandwich should be. I wish Timmy’s was still here, at least the food is good

1st off I'll say the breakfast are OK. But if you're getting anything else, it's not worth it I Ask for a hot latte, it was cold and only half full. The donuts were stale and no glaze on them. I can forgive a mistake but this kind of thing keeps happening over and over I will take my business elsewhere.

If you get donuts - don’t expect them to be “Cream Filled”. At this location you get 1/4 -1/2 teaspoon MAX of vanilla cream or chocolate. I have been to this location Several times and I can honestly say this is what you should expect. I’ve been to other Dunkin’ Donuts with the same order and I’ve had excellent donuts with cream oozing 2-3 Tablespoons or more. Initially when Dunkin’ Donuts came to Bemidji I was excited to come in and see the same great donuts I have expected through the years. They have a pretty good prices but not the same expectation is throughout the United States. I suppose I thought it was just initially new staff … but it’s consistent minimal cream filling.

The coffee here is decent, but not as good as Cantabria or Dun Bros. The interior of this place looks fantastic and has a suprising amount of room. The staff are nice and energetic. And in terms of views, I would say this is up there since it has a partial view of the lake and a proper view of the park. The donuts are of course supremely good and the main reason I come to Dunkin. Overall this place offers a clean place to get ok coffee and awesome sweets.
