Yes. They just are not permitted in the area where the springs are which is on the other side of the park. I recommend taking your poop bags and something to put them in because there are no trash cans or poop stations along the trails I experienced. And, take your water! After the restrooms, I didn’t find any other resources. Some of the trails are in full sun/partial shade.
