Yes and No. The trails are fine for dogs but I accidently ventured into an area with my dog where they were not permitted and a ranger quickly informed me of my error.

Dogs are NOT allowed in the water, including the river. Park staff will enforce this.

Dogs are welcome on the trails and in the picnic and campground area. But due to Orange County Health regulations there are posted signs at the spring.
