Why does the manager Jay there have that position? He is the rudest manager I have ever met. Unprofessional, not inviting and not friendly. I'm cancelling my membership today. He is awful!!

I agree! I'm about to cancel my membership right now because of this VERY RUDE INDIVIDUAL! I'm not paying for people to be rude to me!
