The manager Jay was rude to me too more than once. Why can't he be removed. Or should we call Customer affaires!?!?

Any complaints its best to call corporate. If it's the same person I think you're referring to, this is nothing new. He's more into himself than proper customer service.

He's gone. He was fired from what I was told from the staff. It's so much more pleasant there now.
