There is an intro to Zen training the first weekend of every month. Runs Friday evening through Sunday lunch. Best way to get oriented there.
To spend the night you would need to be signed up for a program there. They offer day tours, Sunday morning there is beginning instruction, after which you can them for regular sitting periods. Check their website for details.
