I arrive at this store ready to make a purchase and was thoroughly ignored. I was probably a victim of prejudice, i believe being a latino woman by myself did not help. I asked employees several times for help and still was ignored.

That's really odd, they are usually waiting to pounce on you the moment you walk into the door.

I personally have a hard time believing that. Customer service from the sales rep at this store is absolutely AMAZING. Sales reps are standing by soon as you walk through their doors and are willing to assist you soon as they greet you. Seems as if your attempting to give this store a bad rep for some odd reason. I have nothing but great things to say about this store ... from the time I walk in until the time I walk out. Please don't pull the "victim of prejudice" card. Enjoy your day Melba

My experiences have been quite the opposite Melba. Within 2 - 3 minutes of me entering the store, sales reps are there to help or guide. Even if I say I'm only looking, they're usually around the corner if I have questions or they come back to check on us. Being ignored has never been an issue with me in this R2G or the store at Regency.

Wow, that is the opposite of what I'd experienced on my visit. I don't know if it was because it was not busy, although there were plenty of people in the store, but there were several sales people waiting at the door to pounce! We were asked what we were looking for, given information on sales and deals. Never had a problem seeking someone for help and several times there were sales people asking if we needed help with anything. Even thanked us for stopping by and to come again. I'm sorry that happened to you, but prejudice? I don't know, I'm black and my husband is Hispanic.

Melba, I apologize for society, as people tend to see Legals the same. I have seen many Races in the store, as I have many times to shop. I noticed they don't jump on people as they come in and want to look around with no pressure. Not understanding why they wouldn't offer help when asked. Best of luck to you. I deal with Kathy, a black lady.
