If it's a medical condition of the person in the stroller then yes, some exceptions can be made on days where there aren't a lot of people. If you go during the week most of the people there are regular skaters and will work around you. I have personally seen this happen at this rink.

It is best to go to their website because prices vary. They have multiple attractions and it depends on what and how many attractions you want. If you want skate lessons on Saturday at 10a it 1/2 hour for $9.00. But family night on Sat is 6-11p for $10. to skate.

Yes for the most part. Theres an obstacle course for the kids and arcade if the floor gets to crowded or when the kids want a break from skating.

Yes inline skates cost a extra 4 dollars regular skates which what I mean by regular skates is the quads they come with the admission

They do rent skates. Kind of... Skates come free with admission. Unless you upgrade to inline skates which will cost you an extra $4.81 plus tax.
