As I recall there are 5 bathrooms on site. 2 in far corner and 2 Men's room back to back in the top right area Womans in center back. At least I saw the mens room clean and stocked.
There are restrooms near the entrance (to the right) in the south of the Mission. And in the North, in the Mission Parish School, North Wing Building, in the North east corner. An online map can be accessed here: https://www.missionsjc.com/hours/mission-grounds-map/
