Its carefully selected from local rivers (Mississippi.) Humanely killed in the freezer. Carefully battered and hand dipped in artisanal glassware. Then slowly lowered into the deep fryer. 3 minutes later delivered to your plate with a sprig of basil.
Their fish is awesome
The fish and chips was definitely tasty! I would definitely recommend the fish here...
