My 18 month old had a blast. They let her play in any area as long as I was with her.
There is no specific minimum age, and they do have an area specifically for younger children. However, if you are under 18 years of age, you will be required to habe a parent or guardian sign your waiver, if I am not mistaken.
I don't believe there is an age limit and I believe they have a special area for the very young ones
