I disagree with the first review. City Kia is relatively inexpensive for an oil change or tire rotation. I typically paid around $25-30 for an oil change and this ensures that they can catch any warranty issues. They also have a free massage chair that is pretty nice.
Yes, you can take it to a Kia dealer, however, as mentioned is expensive
City Kia is excellent with their customers, they have great customer service
You can get your vehicle serviced wherever you'd like, I'd recommend the dealership just because they'll usually be more thorough. However you're usually safe as long as it's brought to an certified shop.
