Im trying to get infopass here in Minneapolis location. But no luck. Can i go to duluth office to get i551 stamp in my passport? I need to travel overseas soon.

Marielyn, go without an infopass and explain your case to security, they may call an agent to meet you in the hall. Thats whay i did in April
