I just want to give a shout-out to a male gentlemen who worked on May 15th day shift! I had accidentally deleted my co-workers toppings on a “Wreck” sandwich, so he only had meat and cheese. Devastated I called the store to see if anything could be done. I was stuck on shift at the Hospital and couldn’t run to the store to fix it. He graciously said he would re-make it if I placed a new order. Being sleep deprived from working 16 hours the past 2 days, I accidentally ordered a 2nd time and made it “pick-up”. He called me quickly after to ask if it was meant for delivery. Third time must be the charm because I was able to successfully place the sandwich order and my co-worker had a delicious lunch. Thank you for being patient with me, whoever you are (I hope you see this). You made my Sunday!

The turkey and swiss is always great. The strawberry shake was great too. This spot has a spacious interior and the staff is very friendly

Bacon wasn’t fully cooked and the lady forgot mayo even though she had repeated it back to me. Super slow service, my boyfriend and I were the only ones in there. I’m not to upset over the slow service or the mayo, I just want you to know it’s not okay to serve bacon like this! That’s how people get sick! Please fix this.

Went here visiting a friend in Minneapolis. We ordered food, but didn't get to eat it as we saw a mouse near the soda machine. This is disgustingly unsanitary.
