Not sure but he's awsome with fixing boots .fixed two pairs of my old man's boots did an amazing job .call him .hes easy to talk to
Luggage is a complex issue. The manufacturers many times; design their products so parts replacement and repairs are possible and others construct their product so any attempt to repair is either impossible to access or their component parts are strictly proprietary and will not send them to a third party repair person or the owner; in theses cases. Attempting a repair typically would be cost prohibitive or perhaps impossible to duplicate their construction process after disassembly. Luggage is something we have to look at individually and assess.
