I bought a very expensive shirt for a man and when I washed it the shirt shrank! Did not mention silk etc. Lost the receipt! But there is a record on the purchase. Bought when you had 50 to 70 percent off. Last month. What can I do? Thank you!

If you have made a Bealls account and you made the purchase on it you can go to the store and ask them. When you have an account your purchases are stored there and you can return an item without a receipt.

First...I would contact the store directly via phone or their website instead of Google Maps!
