Yes they offer all promotions which are awesome, HOWEVER, the service is really bad, wait staff ignores and/or forgets you, they will either mess up your food or forget to bring out everything you or ordered. After the last bad time, we stopped going. Chili's in Oceanside/Carlsbad (and also the one on Osan AB in S. Korea) has excellent food and wonderful service.
