You would think people working at the bank would be polite ,educational but no last time coming here for sure the teller who helped me didn’t see like he knew what he was doing and his customer service was not so great either he was playing too much with the other teller there ...they don’t seem like they take there job seriously ... any ways good thing I Dnt need to come here anymore and the person at the door didn’t even seem like she wanted to be there either working I understand we are going thur a lot in this dam world but why not make The best of it right !I'm very sorry to learn about your experience, and I want to make sure any concerns you have are addressed. I had always had a good experience at this location. Everyone was always really helpful and nice until I encountered "Esbe" who has been the most unhelpful person at this location. Really sad because she's a "higher" person at this location who you would expect to be nice to customers to set an example but no. Very disappointed. I had just had a great experience with Jasmine last week who went above and beyond customer service expectations but now.... no words.Thank you for your review, Reyna.
