Service is horrible and staff is rude and sarcastic, epecially for the amount of money we are spending for an enjoyable vavation. I suggest going to another bar even if you stay at Shepards resort. Go somewhere else for food and drinks.

Yikes, very sorry to hear about your experience.
The bar especially has a fun, and concern for the customers.
I go at least once a month.
Ask to speak to a manager.
There are other places in Clearwater to go to.
Hope your visit gets better for you.
