This place is absolutely terrible the managing partner is ridiculous avoid this roadhouse and save your self some time as they have wasted my entire day with nonsense place was pretty dirty as well seems like may not be hands on mangenemt

My family and I visit this place at least once a month. Our party, usually 10-15 including children, have ALWAYS had a wonderful experience. The food is EXCELLENT with a wide variety, even for the kids. Even though there may be a wait for a table, it is worth it! With the wait staff busy due to capacity, the service is GREAT! They are prompt and polite, checking on refills for bread or drinks often. Some may say it may appear "dirty", but that is because they serve peanuts at each table, causing shells to fly as they may. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 10 out of 10

Have to agree. We have watched the level of service decline over the years. Our last visit was terrible. The Roadhouse in littleton is way way way better.

I agree, the manager is a moron. We called over an hours before going with a party of 12. We were seated at 2 tables, which were across the restaurant from each other. Food orders were goofed up. Spoiled a family holiday dinner.

This location doesn't accept or offer any of the promotional items offered at other locations! The staff is less than subpar and at times rude! Go to the location on Santa Fe and Hampton, they offer all corporate promotional products and are very friendly! If the franchisees can't afford the couple of dollars it would cost to offer the promotions..... they should give it up!
