Do you have parts for Janome machines? Do you service the machines

This store has no machine dept. They only sell boxed machines and there is no one knowledgeable about them in the store. They don't even have a service to repair machines any more.

I think they send them off for repair, not actually repaired in the store.

I think so... but You would have to call the store first to see if they have on stock what you are looking for.
