Go to an urgent care, it's gonna be way faster and more appropriate for your condition
If you are not going for something life threatening, I'd recommend going to am urgent care. If it's life threatening, I'd probably recommend Antelope Valley ER. Palmdale Regional MC had become so slow and they show such lack of concern for their patients, I simply wouldn't recommend them for emergency services.
