If I bought tickets online for a show in November., can I pick them up now at the box office?

Hi Joanie, when you purchase tickets online you can either choose "will call" or "e-ticket". By choosing "e-ticket" that will be an electronic ticket e-mailed directly to you which you can print out or just bring on your phone. If you choose "will call" that will put your name on our list for that show up at the box office. You won't be able to pick up tickets ahead of time for either of these options. You could come to the venue or go to Terrapin Station on Hertel Ave as both spots sell physical tickets to upcoming shows as well. Hope that helps and we'll see you soon!
