Yes, they have roast pork on their menu & in Spanish on that menu , it's "pernil" like Alejandro Roque said. But if you mean fried pork rinds similar to what you'll find in from a street cart or the tasty/fresh version of fried pork rinds from a bag-- not so much.
Yes they are experts at "el pernil asado" with its flat and chicharrón well toasted and crispy!
