Would someone be able to surrender strays collected on private property here? The cats are probably 6-8 months old it seems and friendly!

Yes but if you are in Salinas city they ask that you bring the animal to the shelter on Hitchcock. They will also want to know how you know they are strays especially if they are friendly but they even adopt out ferals as barn cats so they will be safe! Thank you for caring!
