ALL PUPPIES AND ALL KITTENS NEED TO BE WITH THEIR MOTHERS UNTIL THEY ARE AT LEAST 8 WEEKS OF AGE - NOT 3 WEEKS, NOT 4 WEEKS, NOT 7 WEEKS - 8 WEEKS (2 MONTHS) AT VERY LEAST. I am curious why you would ask specifically for 3 week old kittens ? Regardless, to answer your question, there are kittens at the shelter of every age, including 3 week old's. However, none of them will be ready for adoption until they are 8 weeks of age.

Hi Evan! In California, it is illegal to rehome kittens before they are 8 weeks old as they need to spend more time nursing and learning from their mother. If you would like to spend time bottle feeding babies that young, we invite you to join our foster team to help raise orphaned kittens in need.
