Very rude people every time I called they hung the phone up. That’s not how u do business I work in a hotel and even when there’s a problem YOU DO NOT HANG THE PHONE UP ON A GUEST!! no one should stay in these rooms! Poor service

Same here. Hang up and rude with attitude when they answer.

I have stay here probably 5 times in the last year and have always had great service until recently when I got there there was a hair stuck in the shower and on one of the pillows but I gave them the benefit of the doubt on that it wasn’t until later that night when I had an allergic reaction to the medicine I was proscribed from the doctor that I had to have an ambulance come and they would not let me check back in because “ they did not like have an ambulance show up” . It was a medical emergency it wasn’t like I could help how I had a reaction to the medical condition Would not recommend for the same price microtell in uncasville is a lot nicer and has better service!
