We had a great stay here! Very nice facilities, everything is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. Rooms were excellent! We will definitely be back in the future!

I am currently here now for this weekend. Room was a little older furniture wise but very clean and housekeeping awesome. Breakfast is good. Nice hot Buffett with eggs and sausage. The staff isamazing. As I'm sitting right now eating breakfast I saw the young man who worked in breakfast area help a guest who had some mobility issues. Made his waffles and served him all whole going and checking breakfast items and making sure all guests got what they needed. I don't usually leave reviews but when you see this level of treatment I had to. And as a nurse seeing this really warmed my heart.

Stayed here for one evening while gambling at Mohegan Sun. A few issues tarnished the stay. In the bedroom, the heat was completely dead. We did have heat in the living room so felt that was enough to get by with, but it did get chilly through the evening. After a decent breakfast and coming back to a cool room, I needed a hot shower. That never happened. There was no hot water in the hotel at 10am. That sucked. On the way out I told the desk manager that the visit was disappointing especially due to the shower that I managed to get a leg into. He was kind enough to say that he would make a Choice Point adjustment and send me an email. That was quite satisfactory to me. Unfortunately, two weeks later, I have not received any credit so poor for the visit. Side note that the back driveway was a sheet of ice and needs to be taken care of before someone breaks a leg. Due to the above reasons, I cannot recommend this establishment.

On check in we were informed that they no longer had shuttle service to the casino( we were there for a concert) which was unfortunate but they did have cab numbers which was helpful. The rooms were very dated but clean. the next morning before check out we went to grab a quick breakfast and coffee, the eggs didnt taste like eggs ( i cant describe the taste, but just not good) My true complaint was the number of people who were obviously being sheltered there wandering around outside near the entrance and in the lobby, in pj's laying on the lobby couch( like it was their living room and not a lobby) and while customers were eating breakfast asking how much longer they were serving breakfast and talking to themselves , outside smoking sitting on the curb staring as we walked by. The whole situation was incredibly uncomfortable ( I paid to be comfortable). I paid $200 for a night while this establishment is receiving money either federally or locally to house the homeless yet operating as a normal hotel. I am all for helping those in need but somehow this doesn't seem right and i also feel that the duality of this establishment should be known, people should be given this information before booking. If I had known i would not have stayed there.
