I have not seen postings reflecting "senior only" hours in a long while. In any event, the store in Van Nuys is not that crowded, such that anyone can shop there in relative comfort at any time of the day. I can't speak to other stores.
I don't think they no longer have senior hours.

Senior hours in LA area are Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
If you call the store, the machine will tell you the days and hours if it's still available before prompting you with the menu. I think it was something like Tuesday-thursday In the mornings.
I don't know if they have a senior day. I only go because I have a Costco gift card I can use in the store. Sorry.
