When will turkeys be given out

Some of the food banks have a stipulation now on the size of your family. But the big turkey giveaway in Oak Park doesn't . All you have to do is listen for the day they will be doing the giveaway. Salvation army.

I've overheard from people claiming the turkeys will start being given out the week before Thanksgiving. Though I'm not entirely sure on how true that statement is. So I'd say your best option is to call the food bank & ask somewhere who works there, they of all people should know the answer

Careful with getting food from the Oak Park location. They have been known for giving out really bad expired food.
