Free as stated. They do have a box for donations at the visitor center/shop. Purchases in the shop also help the park. A side note, you are likely to run into volunteers from the projects themself. I had a great hr and a half conversation with Bill Flanagan, SR pilot and Northrop B-2 pilot and with a Lockheed engineer who I sadly never got his name. I could have stayed all day chatting with them, but I had to head for home.
