When my husband took me we sat next to a table who was celebrating a younger child's birthday. It's a really nice place and I did see some kids on the older side, like pre teens. I don't remember seeing a kids menu lol but they did offer plates that were not listed on the menu. I would consider taking my older kids as a treat or a celebration because for them it would be a fancy restaurant but I would say it is kid friendly.
Yes, kids can order from bar menu appetizers. They offer macaroni and cheese and sliders but maybe they change it up a bit.
